Project Overview
Actron Global delivered execution-led systems completions for Daelim Industrial Co Ltd on the Maaden Phosphate III plant in Ras Al Khair. Over a twelve-month programme, more than 350 process and utility systems were progressed through structured verification, documentation, and formal handover — supporting the plant’s transition from construction to operational readiness.
Scope of Work
- Systems completions across welding, piping, and instrumentation disciplines
- Final construction close-out and verification
- Loop checks and functional testing of control and safety systems
- Quality dossier compilation and fully traceable documentation
- Formal system handover
- Operational support during performance testing and plant start-up
Project Context
As the Maaden Phosphate Ammonia III plant progressed toward completion, the programme required disciplined systems verification and structured handover across a large number of interconnected process and utility systems.
The scope demanded rigorous welding and piping close-out, comprehensive instrumentation loop verification, and the preparation of auditable quality documentation aligned with client and regulatory requirements. In parallel, reliable technical support was required during performance testing and controlled start-up activities — all delivered within a tightly managed twelve-month schedule under strict safety and quality controls.

Actron’s Role
Actron Global was engaged to deliver execution-led systems completions across welding, piping, and instrumentation disciplines.
Our multi-disciplinary systems teams progressed each system through disciplined construction close-out, structured verification, and formal handover. Activities included welding repairs and tie-ins, piping flushing and alignment, instrumentation installation and functional testing, detailed loop checks, and systematic verification against design intent.
Complete, auditable quality dossiers were compiled for each system to support formal acceptance. In parallel, we worked closely with operations teams during performance runs, system blow-downs, chemical cleaning, and controlled start-up sequences — ensuring a safe, reliable, and compliant transition from construction into sustained operation.
The Outcome
More than 350 systems were successfully completed and formally handed over in accordance with programme requirements.
The project demonstrates Actron Globals capability to manage large-scale systems completions, deliver structured and traceable documentation, and support disciplined transition from construction through commissioning — directly contributing to the plant’s operational readiness and long-term performance.
