Scope of Work
Construction and handover of 21 modular residential buildings, including:
- Foundation and building module assembly
- Roof modules, balconies, and external walkways
- Façade installation
- Solar PV structures and system integration
- Elevator structural works
- Full MEP systems (HVAC, sewerage, water supply, firefighting, BMS, low-voltage/ICT, lightning protection, fire detection and alarm, CCTV and security)
- Interior finishing (gypsum board, flooring, framing, painting, furniture installation, final cleaning)
- Testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and structured handover

The OXAGON SBC Expansion requires the coordinated delivery of 21 high-density modular residential buildings constructed using MMC principles.

Actron Global was engaged to deliver execution-led construction and handover support across the full modular scope.
Our multi-disciplinary execution teams, scaled to approximately 520 specialists, operate directly on site across all major disciplines. Delivery includes crawl-space electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and waterproofing during module assembly; façade and external works installation; solar PV system integration; elevator structural installation; and complete MEP implementation.
Interior finishing works are progressed through structured workflows, followed by disciplined testing, commissioning, snag management, and final handover.
Execution is underpinned by accurate MMC sequencing, efficient use of lifting operations and temporary utilities, minimisation of rework and material waste, and energy-conscious commissioning practices that support long-term building performance and operational readiness.

The programme continues to progress steadily, with consistent execution quality and safety performance maintained across all work fronts.
