- Assembly of prefabricated foundation, building, and roof modules
- Installation of balconies, external walkways, and facade systems
- Solar PV system installation and integration
- Elevator structural works
- Full MEP installation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection)
- Testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and structured handover

Our multi-disciplinary delivery teams operate directly on site, coordinating modular assembly, facade and external works, MEP installation, interior finishing, and commissioning activities. The focus is on maintaining production momentum at scale while ensuring consistent quality, safety compliance, and structured handover across all buildings.
Delivery is supported by disciplined site coordination, accurate module sequencing to minimise rework, efficient use of lifting operations and temporary utilities, and structured commissioning workflows aligned with NEOM requirements.
