We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support large-scale PMC (Project Management Consultancy) / EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management) projects within the Aluminum, Metals, Mining, and Power sectors.
The role involves developing, maintaining, and controlling detailed project schedules to ensure effective planning, execution, and timely delivery of complex industrial projects in accordance with project controls standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with PMC, engineering, procurement, and construction teams for progress updates.
• Establish baseline schedules and monitor project progress against milestones.
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and delay impact assessments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including S-curves, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Identify schedule risks and propose recovery or mitigation plans.
• Support change management and assess schedule impact of variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in project scheduling within PMC / EPCM environments.
• Strong experience in Aluminum, Metals, Mining, or Power sector projects (mandatory).
• Proven experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project controls, WBS development, and progress measurement systems.
