Job Summary
The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Corporate and Project Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Management Systems in compliance with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, client requirements, Saudi regulations, and international standards. The role ensures regulatory compliance, safe execution of projects, quality assurance, and continual improvement across all operations.
Responsibilities
QHSE Management Systems
- Establish, implement, and maintain Corporate & Project QHSE Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client requirements
- Develop, review, and control QHSE manuals, procedures, policies, and project plans
Client & Compliance - Prepare and submit QHSE documentation for approvals, prequalification, and vendor registration
- Act as primary QHSE focal point for client communications
- Ensure alignment with client-specific QHSE requirements
Audits & Assurance - Plan and conduct internal, client, and third-party audits
- Ensure closure of audit findings and non-conformities
- Monitor QHSE KPIs and report performance to management
Project & Site Oversight - Conduct site inspections, audits, and HSE reviews
- Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and project procedures
- Monitor NCRs, incidents, corrective and preventive actions
Leadership & Coordination - Support and guide site/project QHSE teams
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs
- Coordinate with project, engineering, construction, and client teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate/regional QHSE roles
- Experience in multi-project environments and corporate QHSE systems
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / NEOM / SABIC standards preferred
Preferred Certifications - NEBOSH IGC or IOSH
- ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
