We are seeking an experienced QCI E&I (Quality Control Inspector – Electrical & Instrumentation) to support offshore construction activities in Ras Tanura. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, verifying, and documenting Electrical & Instrumentation installation works to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable international codes.

• Perform quality inspections for Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities.
• Inspect cable tray, conduit, cable pulling, glanding, termination, and grounding works.
• Verify installation of electrical equipment, instruments, junction boxes, control panels, and field devices.
• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, IFC drawings, and applicable international codes.
• Coordinate inspections with construction, QA/QC, client representatives, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, RFIs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Witness continuity, insulation resistance (IR), loop checks, and functional testing activities.
• Monitor calibration status of testing and measuring equipment.
• Verify material compliance with approved material submittals and project requirements.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and turnover documentation.
• Support SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, PMCC, and final handover activities.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with project HSE requirements.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in Electrical & Instrumentation for Oil & Gas or Offshore projects.
• Saudi Aramco Offshore Project Experience – Mandatory.
• Valid Saudi Aramco approval (preferred).
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, IEC, IEEE, and project specifications.
• Experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), RFIs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in inspection of electrical and instrumentation installations.
• Familiarity with cable installation, termination, grounding, and instrument calibration.
• Knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, SAT, PMCC, and handover activities.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection methodologies, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management documentation.
