We are seeking an experienced Package Engineer to manage and deliver assigned Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) packages from construction through commissioning and final handover. The successful candidate will coordinate construction, testing, commissioning, and documentation activities while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations

• Manage and deliver assigned E&I packages from construction through commissioning and final handover.
• Coordinate installation, hookup, and construction activities in accordance with IFC drawings and approved procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Interface with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Monitor construction progress, material availability, and site constraints to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate SAT, commissioning support, and system integration with the relevant teams.
• Ensure completion of PMCC activities and system readiness for commissioning.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, testing, and acceptance with the COMPANY.
• Verify that systems are fully functional and ready for commissioning and final handover.
• Coordinate preparation of as-built drawings, test reports, turnover packages, and completion dossiers.
• Support project closeout, including documentation, record books, and final project deliverables.
• Act as the focal point for package coordination between all project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an E&I Package Engineer on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
• Saudi Aramco Project Experience – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, PMCC, SAT, and project handover activities.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco engineering standards and project specifications.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in reviewing engineering drawings, technical documents, and project documentation.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
