We are seeking an experienced KPI Engineers who can support project management by measuring performance related to progress, productivity, cost, schedule, quality, HSE, resources, and operational efficiency.

The KPI Engineer collects and validates project data, develops dashboards and performance reports, identifies trends and deviations, and provides management with actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Responsible for developing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across construction and infrastructure projects.

• Develop and maintain project and departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and measurement methodologies.
• Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze data from engineering, construction, planning, procurement, quality, HSE, and other project functions.
• Monitor actual performance against targets, baselines, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations.
• Track construction progress, productivity, manpower utilization, equipment utilization, schedule performance, and other project performance indicators.
• Monitor indicators such as SPI, CPI, planned vs. actual progress, productivity rates, NCR trends, safety performance, and milestone achievement where applicable.
• Identify performance gaps, negative trends, delays, and areas requiring management attention.
• Conduct trend, variance, root-cause, and performance analysis and coordinate corrective or improvement actions with relevant departments.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Coordinate with Planning, Project Controls, Cost Control, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to obtain accurate performance information.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of KPI definitions, calculations, data sources, and reporting periods.
• Maintain historical KPI databases for benchmarking and performance comparison.
• Support management meetings by providing performance summaries, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Assist in establishing performance targets and benchmarking standards for projects and departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Ensure KPI reports comply with client requirements, project procedures, and organizational reporting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in performance measurement, preferably within the facilities management industry.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, utilities, buildings, transportation, industrial, or construction projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction project lifecycle, project controls, planning, progress measurement, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools is highly preferred.
