• Develop, implement, and monitor the Project HSE Management Plan in line with Saudi regulations, SEC standards, and company policies.
• Lead all HSE activities during construction of the 13.8 kV OHTL project.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, environmental regulations, and international safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and ensure appropriate control measures are in place.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safe work practices, particularly for working at height, lifting operations, electrical works, and heavy equipment operations.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to site personnel.
• Prepare and submit periodic HSE reports to management and client.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH (IGC/Level 6) or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in HSE management within power transmission, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and SEC standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
