We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the construction phase of a 13.8KV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) project in Jalamid, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project in alignment with technical standards, safety regulations, and contractual commitments related to schedule, cost, and quality.

Lead and manage all construction activities related to the 13.8KV OHTL project.
Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
Oversee site supervision teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Develop and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control teams to resolve site issues proactively.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation to control costs.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout construction.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to senior management and the client.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in power transmission or utility projects.
Proven experience managing Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects (preferably 13.8KV or higher voltage).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under tight deadlines.
